Notes:
Four Pillars of Walking with God:

- Apprehended by faith
- Believing that truth
- Joy

Scripture reveals who God is
Don’t boast of anything other than understanding God
If God is for me, who can be against me.
There is only one hero and that is God. One covenant keeper. One servant of Yahweh.
All fictional stories get it wrong. Lord of the Rings has a hero. Whereas, with C.S Lewis and his Chronicles of Narnia, everyone fails and then Aslin shows up. That’s the story of Christianity.
Recipents (of grace). All of us.
God will never fail you.
I am a sinner. Got is a savior.
We have peace with our God through Lord Jesus Christ.
“If I being human and evil can say I would die for my son any day at any time, what does that say about God who is Almighty, all good, and all loving?” (Paul)
“If you’re joy is based on your performance, you have a low view of God.” (Paul)
God doesn’t love you because your love is perfect. He just loves.
Faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen.
The greatest illustration than our Lord in Gethsemane was Abraham in Romans 4.
“You need to preach the Scriptures to your heart and mind and stop letting your heart and mind preach to you.” (Paul)
All the Bible study in the world without prayer is useless.
