Life Purpose:
- To improve myself to the highest degree possible, in order to become the best version of myself, and to be most optimal in impacting/improving other people's lives, while also living fully, loving fully, and letting go of those things outside of my control.
- To live out a life in correlation to the characteristics and values of Jesus and to have the greatest relationship possible to God.
- To document others, tell stories through audio/visual/written form, and help people understand their own/further to internally evolve as an individual - even if they want to change or not.
Life Meanings:
- Time is fleeting and life is short. Make the most out of each day and improve myself to the best of my ability.
- To have full inner peace through any life scenario and to be happy. To be doing what I want, when I want, with who I want - being around those that I love.

Describe in 2:
- I am a soul on this Earth living life within a human body and human limits. That being said, I am a person who is grounded in life but also a visionary who loves to dream big. There is a deep sense of duality with me in that: I am practical and analytical but also creative and innovate when it comes to finding new solutions, strong in my ways but open minded, always seeking self-improvement but focused on the present moment, striving for internal happiness and knowing the world's nature at large, and a lover and learner of all things in life.

Day in the Life Vision:
- Waking up with no alarm, I arise at 4 am before the sun arises. I thrive through my optimized morning routine that can be done no matter where in the world I reside. If in my main location at my dream house, I will have prayed and meditated and transitioned to completing yoga in my meditation/yoga studio, worked out in my customized gym, and spent time reading [The Bible and a new book] and journaling outside while the sun and light breeze relieves my sweat and damp clothes from my past workout. I will have then capped off everything with a dip in my cold-tub chamber and a session in my cryotherapy tube. Lastly, I will look at my day ahead and go through visualization/affirmation techniques.
Now, I will have seen and kissed my woman of a life-partner (LP), and have done the same with my kids. Eating the healthiest meal for my body and one that fits my macronutrient breakdown that also breaks my fast from the previous day, I will eventually head out the door, after kissing my LP and kids, with a smile. Taking my electric car to work, I will listen to music, field calls, and enjoy the scenic, short drive through the mountains and into the city.
Entering work in the city, I will greet every single person and employee with a smile, encouragement, and a personalized, extremely concise speech. My videographer will continue documenting me on my side while I enter the office that has a view of the city below. The design of the office space will still amaze me as I walk past the design flow, natural light, and pictures/quotes. Music will be lightly played throughout the office as it fills my ears with joy. The rest of the morning will be filled with ideation sessions, meetings, calls, and events. In the afternoon, I will eat a snack or two for lunch that fits my macronutrient breakdown and take more calls. Some will be personal with family and friends, while others will be with work partners, colleagues, and publications.
After I transition from resetting for 5-10 minutes into the afternoon/evening, I will be doing a similar thing, however, this part of the day will be filled with more creative work. Films, stories, storytelling, creative work, designing, etc. I will be so enthusiastic and excited to be discussing all of this with my highly, adept, and creative team. There will be some jokes cracked and laughs made as well.
The day will be heading into the evening as the sun begins to set, and I take a minute to enjoy the beautiful view (since my office faces the direction of sunset). Leaving the office and depending on if there are no late night meetings, I will say goodbye to every single person and head to my electric car. While in the car, I will listen to something that causes me to learn and also take a quick call with a close friend.
Being back home, I kiss my LP and kids and undress from my outfit for the day. The rest of the day will be filled with fun, adventure, or something new. It will be my decompression. My dinner for the night (that fits my macronutrient breakdown) will be a sit-down with the family. We will be sitting inside or out, with the beautiful, scenic view in front of us. Saying goodnight and talking to extended family as well, I will begin to transition into ending my day with my optimized evening routine. In my home-office, and giant library (that has a moving ladder), I will recap the day and stretch one last time. Eventually, heading to bed with my LP and kissing my kids goodnight.
Throughout the day I was happy and fulfilled. I worked hard and smart, so I can rest assured that I did all that I possibly could. Sleeping in my customized bed, I will sleep so amazing and be able to see my data the next morning. The room will be completely dark and have all features set to give myself the best sleep possible.
Lastly, I must state that I look ahead to the weekend that is filled with more adventure, specific work travel, time with family, isolated time with close friends, or time with blood family and extended family. Loving my life and those around me, I have inner peace and a calm soul. I am happy and fulfilled. Others around me are as well.
