Depth of Sleep/Depth of Work Principle

For deep sleep they say (Matthew Walker): time x duration x intensity = great sleep and REM/non-REM cycles

For deep work they say (Cal Newport): (time spent) x (intensity focused) = high quality work produced

So, in seeing that connection and understanding the importance of depth in my life, I'm going to use this principle for deep sleep/deep work going forward:

Duration (time spent) x intensity (intensity of focus) x consistent timing = successful depth and focus
