- Take Time for Yourself
- The more things you have to do, the more you should double down on yourself
- Take a Step Back to Take Two Steps Forward
- There is only so much one individual can do. At times, things can become overwhelming if they are not handled correctly or too much is being juggled.
- Realize when you are burning out and rejuvenate accordingly so you can be efficient and get back on track. Take a step back, to take two steps forward.
- Reset Your Circadian Rhythm
- It is difficult to become aware of this. But in order to initiate some type of awareness for yourself, here are some symptoms that indicate if your circadian rhythm is off, you need to fix it, and lack of sleep or timing of it is causing your body and mind to dilapidate:
- You haven't changed anything yet you feel more tired
- The jaded wall hits you earlier in the day
- You can't get up as early as you want to (or it is harder than usual to)
- The Two-Day rule is broken. You constantly miss your wake up call, and detaching from your morning ritual is becoming routine
- Accept the Current Change (Better to be 100% out for the time being than 80% in)
- Donβt let routines and systems become stagnant. Stagnation causes death. Change can be good for this resetting and avoiding pre-burnout. So, except and embrace what you are lacking or the routines you are missing, and move on!
