30 Day Focuses β€” For Life

30 day focuses are a commonality amongst the greats. They all know the power of focusing on one goal for 30 days.

I would also add that focusing on the micro (your day-to-day) and macro (your lifespan), are the only two spans in which you need to be framing decisions within.

  1. Discipline in Routine: Establish a daily routine that includes dedicated time for writing, reading, and physical exercise. Stick to it rigorously.
  2. Communication Mastery: Work on refining your communication skills. Practice articulating your thoughts clearly and concisely. Engage in conversations that challenge and expand your perspectives.
  3. Fitness Commitment: Elevate your physical fitness game. Integrate a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility workouts into your routine. Push your limits.
  4. Writing Challenge: Set a daily writing goal. Whether it's journaling, creating content for the internet, or working on your projects, ensure consistent output to hone your writing skills.
  5. Mindfulness Practices: Incorporate mindfulness or meditation into your daily routine. This will aid in mental clarity and focus, essential for both personal and professional growth.
  6. Leadership Study: Dive into literature on leadership and team building. Apply the principles you learn to enhance your role in your family and businesses.
  7. Community Engagement: Actively participate in your church and other communities of interest. Strengthening connections with others can contribute to personal and spiritual growth.
